Shipping and delivery

  • We deliver only within Germany, with DHL.
  • Free delivery from €150.00. Below that we charge €4.90 per order.
  • Orders placed by 14:00 on a working day leave the same day. Delivery takes 2–3 working days.
  • Delivery to adults only, on presentation of ID. For this reason we cannot deliver to Packstations, post offices or parcel shops.
  • Every bottle is individually padded. If something still arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, padding, bottle and shipping label. Nothing needs to be returned. Please keep the box and the broken glass until we get back to you.
